Types of Real Estate Offerings

Land Development: Land development involves buying land and developing it to increase its value through enhancing its highest and best use and bringing physical enhancements to the land as well. Growing markets provide the best opportunities.

Raw Land: Raw land investments involve purchasing undeveloped land and holding onto them until they become valuable to sell. UrbanStar buys raw land in the path of current development, with the objective of benefitting from the appreciation of the property and the possibility of participating in the increased value from development. As we carry out the planning and approval process, the value of the land potentially increases leaving the length of time investors must hold the property as the major risk.
